InDex Pharmaceuticals Holding AB publishes prospectus in connection with a fully guaranteed rights issue

21 January 2021 – The board of directors of InDex Pharmaceuticals Holding AB (publ) (”InDex” or the “Company”) has prepared a prospectus in connection with the rights issue of approximately MSEK 533 announced through a press release on 14 January 2021 (the “Rights Issue”). The prospectus has today been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and is available on the Company’s website.
PROSPECTUS APPROVAL AND PUBLICATION
The prospectus regarding the Rights Issue has been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and is now available on the Company’s website (www.indexpharma.com/en/rights-issue-2021/), and on Carnegie Investment Bank AB’s website (www.carnegie.se). The prospectus will also be available on the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s website (www.fi.se).
In connection with the Rights Issue the Company’s board of directors and executive management has entered into customary lock-up agreements, restricting disposals of shares or warrants for a period of 180 days from the settlement date of the Rights Issue.
